We hope you can be part of the Time Capsule Event on-site at 2 pm Sat June 16
Marcon Construction is making great progress on the Lee Family’s new grocery store in Fort Langley. The concrete floor is set to be poured on Monday June 18, 2012 marking a significant point in the construction progress. On Saturday June 16, 2012 at 2 pm a ceremony is being held on-site to celebrate this progress by burying a time capsule under the store’s floor. The community has been invited to participate by signing a guest book which will be included in the time capsule. Langley Township Mayor Jack Froese will assist the Lee Family with the installation of the time capsule. The community will gather on the adjacent former store location at the corner of Glover and Mavis, the site of Eric Woodward’s proposed Coulter Berry Building.
The Fort Langley Community cheered on the Lee Family at the historic ground breaking on November 18, 2011
